Good price, quick delivery

I was looking for a good deal on an e-bike and saw Ride1up had a 'Spring Sale' going. Picked up a Turris. Saved $200, which made it a much better value than others I looked at. It shipped out fast too, took 5 days to reach Denver.

Reliable e-bike for commuting

This was my third purchase from Ride1up, this time I got the LMT'D. My previous Core-5 is still going strong, but I wanted something with a bit more power. The LMT'D arrived well-packaged, same as before. Shipping took about a week to get to my place in California. The assembly was straightforward, and it rides just as I expected. It's good to know they keep their quality consistent.

Does anyone know if Ride1Up does that Affirm financing thing? Really want a Prodigy v2 but my wallet is screaming right now.

M Mark Lopez 1 month ago
Yeah, they do! I used Affirm for my Cafe Cruiser. It pops up as an option during checkout.

Yep, can confirm. Saw it there when I bought my Core-5. Pretty easy to set up.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a Ride1Up Portola. Does anyone know how long shipping usually takes to, like, Los Angeles? Trying to plan my summer rides, haha.

Mine took about a week to get to San Diego last month. They ship pretty quick once it's out the door.

For LA, I'd say give it 5-7 business days. It can vary a bit, but usually, it's not too bad. Got my LMT'D pretty fast.

Can I stack coupons on Ride1Up? Like, if I have a referral code and then sign up for their newsletter, can I use both?

K Karen L. 1 week ago
Nah, usually it's one code per order. I tried something similar for my accessories and it only let me use one. They do 'open box' deals sometimes though, which is a fixed discount.

Pretty sure they only let you use one promo code at checkout. It's a bummer, but that's how most places do it.

Does anyone know if they do military discounts? My brother is looking for a new e-bike.

A Amanda Mitchell 1 month ago
Yeah, I think they do! My buddy used one for his Core-5 last year. Check their site or ask customer service.

Pretty sure I saw something about a military appreciation discount on their site before. It's worth looking into directly with them.

What's the return policy like if I get a bike and it's not for me? Is it a hassle to send back?

O Olivia G. 1 month ago
Returns are generally okay, but you usually have to pay for return shipping unless it's defective. Make sure to read their policy on the website carefully, there might be a restocking fee too.

I didn't return my bike, but I had to send back an accessory. It was pretty straightforward, just had to get an RMA. The shipping cost can be a pain for a whole bike though, keep that in mind.
